6 months mentorship.

50% of our youth are underemployed and thereby stuck with jobs that restrain them from using their full potential. Assumptions and their lack of insight about the potential of working in food and agribusiness leads our youth to not value or see opportunities to work within the sector.

During multiple youth conversations, they expressed to lack the right network and resources to find a job that could kick-off their careers. At the same time, agribusinesses are establishing and growing fast in Ghana looking for new talents to join their team.

That is why we built this program. We see a great opportunity to connect the dots and create positive change.

The food industry needs all kinds of expertise. So whether you have a background in psychology, marketing, food science, engineering, agriculture, economics, politics or media – you are welcome! We are looking for candidates with all different educational backgrounds.
